Dr. Drone is an educator, author, United States Army veteran, and the founder of the 100 & Beyond School Program a transformative youth and leadership initiative that empowers students to build confidence, resilience, and purpose. He is also the creator and host of the Impact of Educational Leadership Podcast, a highly regarded platform where he engages educators, researchers, and leaders in powerful conversations about school culture, equity, mental health, and the future of education.With over twenty years of combined experience in military leadership, youth development, and educational consulting, Dr. Drone brings a unique blend of discipline, compassion, and practical expertise. He has worked closely with school districts, universities, and community organizations across the country, delivering motivational keynotes and training sessions that inspire personal growth and systemic change. His message centers on leadership, resilience, and the belief that every individual child or adult can rise beyond their circumstances.
