Isaiah Drone III is a broadcaster, musician, and educational leader whose career has been defined by a commitment to "Positive Programming" and community mentorship. Born in Little Rock, Arkansas, in 1976, Drone began his journey in the public eye as a young musician and radio personality before transitioning into a long-standing career in military service and global advocacy.

At the age of 23, Drone began a two-year residency at 88.3 FM KABF in Little Rock. From 1999 to 2001, he hosted a program that blended Jazz, Gospel, and R&B with a social mission he termed the "Voice of the People." During this time, he was recognized for his "Positive Programming" philosophy, using his platform to engage local high school students and bridge cultural gaps within the Central Arkansas community.

Following his tenure at KABF, Drone enlisted in the United States Army, serving from September 2001 until 2014. His military career was marked by diverse leadership roles, including:

• Musician: Performing as a bandsman for the U.S. Army Europe Band & Chorus in Heidelberg, Germany.
• Leadership: Serving as a Resiliency Coach, Retention Sergeant, and Human Resources Military Schools Director.

Throughout his 14 years of service, he performed on international stages for audiences of up to 100,000 people and collaborated with various Grammy Award-winning artists.

In the later years of his military service and into his civilian transition, Drone focused on youth development. He founded the 100 & Beyond School Program, a mentorship initiative designed to improve student self-esteem through Positive Youth Development (PYD) strategies.

His work in this field expanded into media production with the launch of the Impact of Educational Leadership (IEL) Podcast and talk show. The program, which has reached listeners in over 100 countries, provides a forum for discussing achievement gaps and fostering inclusive environments for student success.

Drone’s professional work is supported by a strong academic background, including:

• A Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
• A Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.).
• A Master of Education in Educational Administration.
• A Doctor of Education with Emphasis in Educational Leadership, Christian Ministry.
